Shay von Sky is a beautiful 12 month old German Shepherd. This gentle soul may start out a little unsure, but is easily won over with affection and treats. Once she is comfortable, her personality sparkles. On walks, Shay sticks close to her person, and is the most confident when walking alongside other dogs. (She came to the rescue with 2 other dogs including Eva, possibly her mother, and they would love to be adopted together.) When the walk is over, Shay will happily crawl into your lap or stretch out for belly rubs. She is an expert at using her sweet puppy eyes to convince you to continue cuddling. Shay enjoys her time in playgroups, happily wagging her tail and politely greeting other dogs. This smart and motivated girl also passed her initial cat test. Shay is looking for a home, preferably with another dog, that will give her a chance to build her confidence - an investment she will repay many times over in snuggles and love.
